Alex qualified from the Julius Maximilian University in Würzburg, Germany, in 2005 and worked near Chiemsee in Bavaria for two years as an associate dentist. In 2006 he relocated to the United Kindgdom and worked for more than five years in a private practice in the historic city of Lancaster before taking over the Fair Lane practice and moving his family to Robertsbridge in 2011.

He has a special interest in preventive and restorative dentistry. His view is that even the simplest filling has to be cosmetically and functionally pleasing. If you're already his patient, you know he will spend a great deal of time explaining things to you, knowing very well that a good, informed, decision will lead to a good, predictable outcome when it comes to your dental treatment.

Alex has got a young family, being the proud father of a son. In his spare time, Alex enjoys cycling, walking and mountaineering. He is very interested in history, enjoys the art from the early christian period to the early 20th century. You will probably have your treatment done listening to baroque music as this is another passion of his. He is quite a keen gardener, this activity especially helps him to unwind after a busy day at the surgery.
