Dr Tremmel will provide an initial consultation in which he will:

• Discuss your wants, needs and concerns
• Find out about past dental experiences
• Undertake a full examination of your teeth and gums, including checking for oral cancer
• Take dental x-rays if necessary
• Discuss your short and long term care options
• Discuss payment options, including Denplan dental payment plans

Please contact our dentist Dr Alexander Tremmel with your concern or complaint. Alex will acknowledge your complaint either in person, by phone call, or in writing within three working days from the date from which the complaint was received by us.

In investigating your complaint, we will:

• Find out what happened and gather the facts
• Where appropriate, make it possible for you to discuss the problem with those concerned
• Provide you with a written apology or explanation
• Find a solution to ensure it doesn’t happen again
